Matt Pozer partnered with Revolv Media to showcase an iconic modern farmhouse in Vancouver’s prestigious Southlands neighborhood. The goal was to capture the home’s seamless blend of historic charm and contemporary luxury to attract high-end buyers. Through cinematic storytelling, thoughtfully composed framing of timeless architectural details, and immersive ambiance, we produced a video that elevated this beautifully restored estate, reinforced the agent’s luxury-brand positioning, and positioned the agent as a leader in Vancouver’s luxury property market.
