The Jewel Box is a cinematic real estate film produced for Oakwyn Realty and agent Jacqueline Adler, showcasing the 7,300 sq ft penthouse at 1128 W Georgia Street in Vancouver.

The video highlights the home’s 20-foot ceilings, panoramic views, wine cellar, luxury kitchens, spa-inspired baths, and private amenities, framing the property as a true “mansion in the sky.” Through elegant pacing, refined cinematography, and immersive sound design, the film captures not just the space, but the lifestyle of exclusivity and sophistication it offers.

Created to elevate Oakwyn Realty’s luxury brand presence, the project positions this residence as a trophy property and Jacqueline Adler as a leader in Vancouver’s high-end real estate market.
